3. Why is UX important?

Because it considers everyone's feelings and listens to their needs and then aims to serve a delightful experience.

4. Why being a psychologist creates a more empathetic design?

Conducting scientific research holds you to very high standards of practice. The reason being: to protect the participants physically and emotionally from any harm. As a psychologist, you study the way people think so you're constantly imagining how another person is feeling.

I apply this to my UX design and strive to protect people from any unintended harm done through the use of technology. I'm interested in the ethical design of everything. One version of these guidelines can be found at Just Peace Labs

5. HOW does all of this fit within a larger frame?

It all fits into my higher purpose. To help. And to make life that little bit easier, even if it's just by crafting a seamless experience through an interface. Or as a psychologist, by listening and resolving pain points.
